The Hive is a unique glamping experience established in 2025 on the sprawling 20-acre property that also houses The Will in Waco, Texas. Conveniently located just a short detour from I-35 and directly off Highway 6 in the Speegleville area, and a stone's throw from Lake Waco and the Twin Bridges, The Hive offers a distinctive lodging option for those visiting downtown Waco and popular attractions like Magnolia Market at the Silos. More than just a place to stay, The Hive extends the vibrant spirit of The Will, offering a one-of-a-kind escape designed for good times and memorable connections.

 

The genesis of The Will, and subsequently The Hive, lies in the vision of Eric Williams. This land, where he once operated his real estate company, held a profound significance for him – a place of home, tranquility, and inspiration. His desire was to share this experience, to create a unique haven where guests could unwind amidst the natural beauty he cherished. He envisioned a space where the soundtrack to relaxation was live music, where great drinks fostered connection, and where unique yurts offered an unconventional stay. This wasn’t intended to be a pristine resort, but rather an authentic, unscripted, and perhaps a little wild and wonderfully weird place where time slows down and genuine connections are forged. This vision, with the land always at its heart, blossomed into The Will and now The Hive.
